Jed Douglas

Jed Douglas focuses his law practice on serious personal injury cases, specializing in mass torts, with a focus on pharmaceutical claims and product liability. He aims to be a caring and responsive advocate for people who have suffered serious injuries, including cancers, through the fault of others. Born and raised in southern Georgia, Jed attended Clinch County High School in Homerville, where he graduated as the Class Valedictorian in 2000. He attended the University of Georgia, majoring in Political Science, and graduated with High Honors in 2003. While at UGA, he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Jed received his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 2008, where he served as Managing Editor of the Alaska Law Review and completed an externship with Legal Aid of Durham, North Carolina. After law school, Jed served as a Law Clerk for a Federal Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta. Since completing his clerkship, he has served plaintiffs in serious personal injury cases, helping obtain millions of dollars for clients. Jed was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and has been active in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, including graduating from its L.E.A.D. class. He also graduated from the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy. His current practice includes Camp Lejeune water contamination, Zantac cancer litigation, NEC infant formula litigation, Roundup cancer litigation, CPAP litigation, hernia mesh litigation, mass torts, pharmaceutical liability, and products liability.
