About David

David H. Marsh is a founding partner of Marsh, Rickard & Bryan in Birmingham and has represented people and businesses in personal injury, wrongful death and complex civil matters for more than 40 years. In 1983, at the age of 27, he became the youngest attorney in the country to win a verdict over $1 million, and has since obtained more than 50 such verdicts, several of them in excess of $10 million. He has handled cases in every Alabama county and argued before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. He was inducted into the Inner Circle of Advocates in 2006 and is a past president of the Alabama Association for Justice, as well as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American College of Trial Lawyers.
