He joined the firm in March 2020 after extensive personal injury and mass-tort experience, including representation of wildfire victims in major California fires. He previously externed for U.S. District Judge Robert Gary Klausner. Benny attended Loyola Law School as a McNicholas Scholar and earned his undergraduate degree in Social Ecology from UC Irvine. He is active in CAALA, AAJ and CAOC and has published works in The Advocate Magazine.
