Bernard D. Nomberg has practiced civil litigation in Birmingham since 1995 at The Nomberg Law Firm, concentrating on workers’ compensation, Social Security disability and personal injury claims. He sits on the board of directors of the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group and has previously chaired the workers’ compensation section of the Alabama State Bar. He is a member of the Alabama Association for Justice and the Birmingham Bar Association, where he serves on the grievance committee.
