About Dennis

Dennis VanDerGinst is President/CEO of VanDerGinst Law and has focused his career on helping injured people. He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1989 and his B.A. from Northern Illinois University in 1985. He is licensed in Illinois, Iowa and Washington, D.C., and in numerous federal courts. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, workers’ compensation, mass and class actions and negligence cases. He has been recognized with AV Preeminent, Super Lawyer, Top 100 Trial Lawyer and other honors and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
