J. Kenneth Kruvant

Graduated with a BA degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1972 and received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta in 1978. Upon passing the District of Columbia Bar in 1978, he began his legal career as an attorney representing criminal clients under the Criminal Justice Act.

He then joined the law firm of Margolis & Sakayan, in Washington D.C. as an associate in 1979. During his five years with the firm, he specialized in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury law. Mr. Kruvant was sworn in as a member of the New Jersey Bar in 1978, the District of Columbia Bar in 1979; the Maryland Bar in 1979, and West Virginia Bar in 2008.

He is a long-standing member of Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan DC and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. He has concentrated his law practice exclusively in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Kruvant has handled a variety of personal injury cases throughout Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia and has associated with local counsel to handle matters in the states of Virginia, New York, South Carolina, and others.

Over his 40 years of law practice, Mr. Kruvant has tried over 150 cases and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He and his dedicated staff are devoted to serving the needs of each client. Mr. Kruvant is known for his aggressive representation of his clients to achieve justice and to obtain the maximum recovery for each accident victim he represents.
