About James

James (Jim) Paisley is the founder and senior partner of Paisley Law, LLC and a metro-Atlanta native from Marietta. He earned a B.A. in Management from Georgia Tech and later a J.D. from Florida State University. He began his career in civil advocacy representing abuse victims, then worked as a public defender and prosecutor in Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida. In 2010 he returned to Atlanta and founded Paisley Law. He takes pride in representing personal-injury and wrongful-death clients.
