About Ken

Ken Riley is a founding partner of Farris, Riley & Pitt in Birmingham and has represented injured Alabamians for nearly three decades. His practice covers commercial trucking collisions, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and defective product claims, and he has tried more than 100 cases to jury verdict, securing multiple multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements. A native of Alexander City, Alabama, he earned a business degree from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He is licensed in Alabama and Georgia, and co-chaired the Birmingham Bar Association’s diversity and inclusivity committee in 2015.
