About Matthew

Matthew Majd is the Managing Attorney at the San Diego Injury Law Center and leads its Personal Injury and Employment Law divisions. He specializes in personal injury and employment law. In 2024 he created the firm’s employment law division, which obtained more than $1 million in settlements in its first year. His personal injury experience includes motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and premises liability. He previously worked at a national defense firm and has trial experience in state and federal courts, including serving as first chair in a seven-week jury trial. He earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2021 with a concentration in Civil Litigation and his B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego. He competed in mock trial and moot court and was a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge William V. Gallo. He volunteers at the First Presbyterian Church soup kitchen and judges mock trial tournaments.
