Patrick S. Preller is the Managing Partner of Preller Law Firm, LLC. After graduating law school with honors, he clerked for the Circuit Court of Maryland for Harford County and then served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore City, prosecuting thousands of cases. Since 2004 he has worked in private practice and has tried dozens of criminal and civil cases before juries. His personal injury practice includes car, truck, bicycle and electric scooter accidents and medical malpractice including nursing home neglect. He earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1998 and also teaches Fourth Amendment and Criminal Procedure as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore.
